PT Meat Cutter

 

  • Be able to lift, push, pull 30 pounds with no assistance.

  • Able to bend, squat, stoop from waist to floor.

  • Able to operate food processing equipment.

  • Cut, grind and package meats to company standards.

  • Ensure appropriate quality & quantity for packaging & assembly of food items.

  • Label packaged food items appropriately

  • Clean counters, floors & equipment to ensure a clean & safe working environment.

  • Adhere to all current standard operating procedures & quality requirements

  • Work in a refrigerated environment.

  • Assist customers, process verbal orders and delivering orders to customers from across the counter

  • No food allergies.

  • Food Safety Manager Certificate a plus.

  • Previous meat cutting experience preferred but will consider training the right candidate.

  • Must be 18 years of age.

  • Must read, write & speak English fluently.

FT or PT Kitchen Help

 

  • Be able to lift, push, pull 30 pounds with no assistance.

  • Able to bend, squat, stoop from waist to floor.

  • Able to operate food processing equipment.

  • Completing all tasks assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

  • Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves.

  • Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats.

  • Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients.

  • Parboiling food, reducing sauces, and starting first steps in various dishes.

  • Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils, and cookware taking out the trash, and sanitizing the kitchen.

  • Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards.

  • Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply.

  • No food allergies.

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but will consider training the right candidate.

  • Food Safety Manager Certification a plus.

  • Must be 18 years of age.

Cashier/Stock

FT or PT Cashier/Stock Clerks

  • Process sales transactions.

  • Calculate the cost of products or services.

  • Accept payments.

  • Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.

  • Maintain adequate. change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change.

  • Answer customer questions about products or services

  • Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.

  • Report issues with equipment.

  • Coordinate retail space activities, dispose of trash and manage the cleanliness of the storefront.

  • Stock shelves as needed.

  • Previous cashier experience preferred but will train.

  • Must read, write & speak English fluently.
