Assist customers, process verbal orders and delivering orders to customers from across the counter

Food Safety Manager Certificate a plus.

Previous meat cutting experience preferred but will consider training the right candidate.

Must be 18 years of age.

Completing all tasks assigned by the Kitchen Manager.

Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves.

Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats.

Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients.
-
Parboiling food, reducing sauces, and starting first steps in various dishes.
-
Cleaning dishes, washing cooking utensils, and cookware taking out the trash, and sanitizing the kitchen.
-
Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards.
-
Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply.
-
No food allergies.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but will consider training the right candidate.

Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.

Maintain adequate. change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change.

Answer customer questions about products or services

Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.

Report issues with equipment.

Coordinate retail space activities, dispose of trash and manage the cleanliness of the storefront.

Stock shelves as needed.
